Offering a variety of sports, including basketball, tennis, soccer, and more. Athletes train and compete on Ross School’s lush East Hampton campus, utilizing our state-of-the-art facilities.


Sports Camp

From basketball with the Knicks to our renowned tennis program and dynamic multisport and soccer camps in partnership with FastBreak Sports and Colonial Sports, Ross Summer offers expert-led opportunities for skill-building, teamwork, and fun!

Sports Camps are held on the Ross Upper School Campus at 18 Goodfriend Drive, East Hampton, NY 11937.


Tennis

Ages: 7–16

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 am–3 pm

From specialized U10 programs designed for developing competitive tennis players to our high-performance training with live ball drills and match play series, this 8-week all-encompassing summer program is our most intense and complete junior tennis education offered.

Teen tennis player focused on the ball

Players considering this program should be serious about their commitment to tennis, consistently practicing at least two days per week year-round. All training in each age and development level includes daily fitness and match play components.

Players can sign up for this program weekly, but space is limited. Tryouts are required (videos accepted).

TYPICAL DAY

9 am: Daily expectations and skill of the day (SOD) with RSTA Director Vinicius Carmo

9:30 am: Drills, Technical Development, & Conditioning

  • Close environment drills/technical development addressing SOD

  • Open environment drills (rally, live ball, point play situations)

  • Mental toughness training

  • Tennis conditioning

12 pm: Refuel with a nutritious lunch from Ross Café

12:45 pm: Point situation and match-play

3 pm: Dismissal 

Ross|Knicks Basketball

TAKE IT TO THE RACK AT ROSS

Ages: 7–14 (East Hampton)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 am–3 pm

Jr. Knicks Summer Basketball Camp is a one-of-a-kind experience for players of all skill levels.

Players will have the opportunity to learn from Knicks legends, like John Starks and other special Knicks guests. During our camp sessions, kids will work with some of the best coaches in the Tri-State area, focusing on fundamentals, skill development, encouraging confidence, teamwork, and fun!

Each week at Ross | Knicks camp features expert training sessions with Knicks alumni, expert coaching, team motivation, skill development, nutrition, and more!

Soccer

Ages: 7–12

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 am–3 pm

Working in collaboration with Colonial Sports Group, Ross is committed to taking young soccer players to the next level!

Through small-sided activities, drills, and full scrimmages, expert instructors work with athletes to help improve their individual skills and teamwork. Training will enhance receiving, passing, dribbling, shooting, and formations, offensive and defensive strategies.

9 am: Get ready with fun warm-ups

9:20 am: Group warm-up activities with the ball

9:50 am: Skill development: Focus on dribbling, shooting, passing, and receiving skills

11:20 am: Snack break

11:30 am: Small-sided soccer games

12 pm: Refuel with a nutritious lunch from the Ross Café

1 pm: Full camp scrimmages—put your skills into action!

3 pm: Dismissal 

Multisport

Ages: 4–12

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 am–3 pm

Campers will be grouped by age

FastBreak's expert program offers skill-building expertise and high-energy fun to campers of all abilities. With a focus on teamwork, sportsmanship, and athletic development, this partnership provides a unique opportunity for campers to enhance their skills while enjoying a wide range of activities, including tennis, basketball, and soccer along with a host of other sports and games. Join us for an unforgettable summer of learning, growth, and excitement on the field!

TYPICAL DAY

9 am: First sport (Tennis, Basketball, or Soccer)

9:40 am: Break

10 am: Second sport

10:40 am: Snack & yoga

11:20 am: Third sport

12 pm: Refuel with a nutritious lunch from the Ross Café

1 pm: Field Games/Camper’s Choice (Capture the Flag, Dodgeball, Kickball, Tug of War, Relay Races, Tumbling, Gaga Ball)

1:40 pm: Break

2 pm: Multisport campers come together for field games!

3 pm: Dismissal

Camp Transportation

Ross Summer now offers door-to-door bus transportation for campers ages five and up to and from both Summer Camp in Bridgehampton and our Sports Camp in East Hampton.


Please note that space is limited. The deadline to sign up for bus transportation is February 15.
