Our training methodology focuses on shooting, rebounding, passing, ball handling, one-on-one moves, and defensive skills.
While building on the essentials, players learn the value of one-to-one defense, team defense, court awareness, post moves, transition game, footwork, hustle, and sportsmanship.
Meet Jr. Knicks Camp Director Billy Singleton
Billy Singleton is a Bronx native, former St. John’s University basketball standout, and longtime coach. After a 16-year professional playing career overseas, he went on to coach at St. John’s, Iona, and with the New York Gauchos, mentoring top NYC talent. Billy has also worked internationally with NBA China and NBA India, and currently supports youth programs and fan engagement with the New York Knicks. Billy is also an educator and community leader, serving as CEO of Globill Enterprise and CFO of the ManyHands Scholarship Fund.
