Early Childhood Camp

Early Childhood Camp offerings are held on our Bridgehampton Campus at 739 Butter Lane, Bridgehampton, NY

Camp programs include Music & Movement for children two and under and Creative Explorers for two-year-olds (half-day) and three to four-year-olds (full-day).

All offerings are developmentally appropriate for each age group and designed to facilitate social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth. Camps are led by Skilled and caring teachers and counselors nurture your child to their full potential.

Music and Movement

Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 9:30–10:30 am

Ages: 2 and under

Cost: $150/week

During this interactive program, both caregivers and little ones enjoy the sounds of the world while playfully exploring multicultural musical traditions, instruments, singing, and movement. Each class is designed to nurture development in both infants and toddlers through a series of music and movements while building a larger understanding of the world around them.

Creative Explorers: Ages 2–4

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Age 2: 9 am–12:30 pm

Ages 3–4: 9 am–3:00 pm

Our Creative Explorers Camp provides a nurturing and enriching experience tailored to the unique developmental needs of young campers. Guided by experienced educators, children will explore and grow through a thoughtfully designed blend of activities.

Please note: Children over 3 years old must be potty trained (not wearing diapers or pull-ups).

Child-Led Exploration and Discovery

At the heart of our camp experience is the belief that every child is a natural explorer. Campers are encouraged to follow their interests, ask questions, and dive deeply into projects that excite them. Whether through creative arts, STEM challenges, or outdoor adventures, each activity is designed to spark curiosity, invite inquiry, and support meaningful, hands-on learning.

Collaborative Learning and Connection

Campers thrive in an environment that emphasizes connection, cooperation, and community. Small group projects, shared tasks, and team challenges foster meaningful relationships and teach the value of working together. Our camp offers opportunities for campers to learn from one another, share diverse perspectives, and collaborate on innovative solutions to real-world challenges.

Nature and Environment as Educator

The natural environment of our campus serves as both a classroom and an inspiration. Campers engage with the world around them—gardening, hiking, observing wildlife, and connecting with the earth through sustainable practices. By engaging their senses and building respect for nature, children develop a deeper understanding of their role as caretakers of the world.

Expression through Arts and Creativity

Campers are provided with a wide range of artistic experiences, including painting, sculpture, music, dance, and storytelling. Through these mediums, they express their unique perspectives, experiment with new ideas, and collaborate on projects that showcase their creativity. Our camp nurtures every camper’s creative potential, making space for both individual expression and collective art-making.

Empowered Decision-Making and Responsibility

Children are given opportunities to make choices about their activities, take on responsibilities, and lead initiatives that matter to them. Our supportive environment encourages campers to think critically, make decisions, and reflect on their experiences, helping them build confidence, independence, and a sense of ownership over their learning and play.
