Classrooms
Located in the middle of the East Hampton campus, adjacent to the Center for Wellbeing, one discovers a separate haven for the middle school grades.
This community within the Ross community boasts a charming green area where children can engage in play and exploration. Moreover, they enjoy access to the broader campus facilities, occasionally sharing science labs with their upper-grade counterparts.
The content of the curriculum is woven into the design of spaces through the use of art and artifacts. They act as a visual and experiential text and are a core component of students’ educational experiences at Ross. Through these design strategies, students quite literally live inside the curriculum.
